Easy to work with, responsive, and accommodating. Property is in great condition. Tenant portal is easy to use and maintenance requests are addressed quickly. They were able to extend our lease by a month in order to accommodate the closing date on our house. Beyond that, Dover is a great place to live.

If we do not find a house to buy over the next few months we have will definitely try to find another rental through Arthur Thomas. They are professional, responsible, and understanding landlords. It was a great experience. Big thank you to you to the AT team and the owner!

I worked with Arthur Thomas Properties to purchase my first rental property over the past few months and have nothing but positive things to say. I worked primarily with Tom and Paula and they were both very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. They both go about their work in an honest and professional way and clearly take pride in what they do. Paula specifically went above and beyond on several occasions. I would certainly recommend to others- 5/5!

Just finished a lease at one of their properties in Dover and was very satisfied. This was my second lease with them (previously in Newmarket), and I look forward to another lease eventually.nnThe maintenance men were fantastic, very quick to respond to either the online form or via text, gave us heads up when they would arrive and were fast and friendly getting things done. Full disclosure, did have a leak in the roof but the guys had it patched up that day and it didn't cause any long running problems so no stars off there.nnSnow removal was also a great feature, didn't take long for the truck to clear the driveway and the guy would even help me shovel out our cars so he could clean the full parking lot. They take great care of the buildings, and repaved the lot and driveway after we moved in, and had updated the kitchen of our unit with a new stove and fridge and new carpet throughout so it all felt super fresh.nnThe property manager Jeff (also who I rented from before!) is an outstanding guy, and the office staff were also very helpful whenever we had issues or questions, and got the full deposit back 2 weeks after moving out.nnHighly recommend this company!nBill
