I have been going to KT nails for years and they are great for a solid color whether it be dip, gel or regular nail polish. However, I’ve noticed recently they rush to get you out of there and be done. Don’t come here to get nail art and expect them to pay attention to the details and take their time because they did not do that for my appointment today. The idea of my nail art was simple but I left with bubbles and messy acrylic nails. Disappointed with my experience but will come back if I can’t get an appointment elsewhere.

They were very easy to book, & were super easy to work with. I had a specific request, dripping slime, & they executed it very well. & I’m certain skills only get better with time & client commitment. The techs were very nice & seemed well to seek approval before moving onto following steps so don’t be afraid of “coaching” because they were very good at taking direction when prompted! I have been coming here for almost 2 years now. I moved to Portsmouth and make the drive every time I need their services! The atmosphere is always clean and positive. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and you like your results. The gentleman that runs the salon is always so friendly. We crack jokes and he just knows how to treat his customers. I enjoy all the technicians but my absolute favorite nail tech is Yoom! She is so talented and really takes her time. Yoom knows exactly what I want and even though I am picky she takes her time so there are rarely any errors. I am also very rough and break a few nails from time to time and she always fixes me right up, with no problem. I would recommend KT Nails to everyone ☺

I just got my toe and my nail done by KT. It was a wonderful experience. The girl that did my nail so gentle. After that, they asked me if i wanna try the dip because i want my nail longer a little bit. It came out so nice and i’m so happy with my nail. Good service and good quality. Definitely come back

I went in to get a full set of acrylics. I put my name on the list and waited my turn in the waiting area like everyone else. Less than halfway through getting my nails done, an older woman comes right in and sits next to me. She didn't wait in the waiting area first and decided to sit right on top of me and then began coughing. She starred at the girl who was doing my nails, as if she should drop what she was doing and start doing her nails. I was tempted to say something, but did not want to be confrontational. The staff should have told this older woman to wait her turn and wait in the waiting area. The staff stopped doing my nails to do hers and I had to wait for a different staff member to finish my nails. I asked for a 3rd coat of color because the color was see through, and the staff acted so annoyed. Plus they are very rough. Such a waste of $50. Will not be going back ever again.
