Walked and on Saturday February 13th 2021 and the person that was about to let us in had a very bad attitude. With COVID happening I knew I wouldn’t be allowed in with my 11 yr old daughter. (I read that ahead on the website) But didn’t even feel an ounce comfortable with leaving her with this older lady who had the worst attitude and was rolling her eyes talking to me. We are going to try Portsmouth and see if the experience if the customer service is any better. :)

Staff was nice. But jacked up my hair so bad I had to call another salon to fix it. Repeatedly called me she and ma'am, I'm a 30 year old dude with a beard
