On the phone she told me it was $80 for a partial foil a toner and a cut then when I got there she told me my hair was way to damaged did a test strand and said it took perfectly then tried making me sign a waver and pay $190 without a cut and only barley a partial foil. Don’t waste your money here

I go here for my hair color and cut, and Olivia is my hairdresser, she’s the best.

I have used this salon multiple times in the past and been satisfied not blown away but they did a decent job. However, I went last week and had an appointment with Olivia and was so disappointed. I hadn’t been to a stylist in over a yr and was looking forward to a change and some pampering. I told her I wanted something different (other then blonde which I’ve had for so long and no pink) I told her I was open to anything else and for cut I wanted to keep it so I could pull it up but styled so it would look nice down. She said ok I will go out back and find a color and I need you to sign this contract saying we discussed cut and color. So I said ok sounds good. She comes back and starts putting foils in and I ask what color she is putting on and she says blonde. I was confused but thought maybe she had something in mind so let it be. She didn’t talk to me for the majority of the 3 hrs I was there. When I left I basically had blonde hair and absolutely no cut. I was in shock. I called back the next day thinking maybe if I just styled it my way I would be happier but I was actually told it looked like I had a wig on. I was told the owner would return my call and here we are a week later and no phone call.....I have blonde hair and I still have to wear it up most of the time because she did not cut any or do layers like I asked. I spent almost 200 and it is just so disappointing. She knew I wasn’t thrilled because she started really selling how nice it looked when my husband was paying. I would have been happy to just get it styled since there’s nothing they can do with the color or even if the manager returned the call as I was told. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because they did have really good covid policies in place and I felt safe being there

Great staff, super friendly and very knowledgeable. Also extremely clean, and their covid practices make me feel very safe! Rachelle is the best, but I e heard great things about all of the staff.

Covid safe and an excellent hair cut from very skilled stylists. I can't recommend it enough. Give it a try and see for yourself.
