Went there in February asked for a partial with Loretta. She left a huge gap on the back of my hair (and said it is normal on a partial...???) and i was expecting to be blond and I left with orange/pink hair. Never going back. Went to Metrospa and have them fixing it. Then it was beautiful. Don't waist your time and money.
