Just keep in mind that after years of going here only because my family wants the trash they call food, not one time has this place managed to get an order right. To Management: No, I don't want to drive back down there....no I don't want free food....what I want is for you to have some standards in our community and stop hiring complete morons who have absolutely no clue what they are doing.
If I could give them less than one star I would. I just politely ordered through the drive through receiving nothing but drowsy and annoyed responses. When I approach the window to collect my purchase they shove my food in my face and close the window without saying a word. No confirmation of the correct order, did not offer any sauce or inquire of anything else I may need. Absolutely atrocious service at the Taco Bell drive through at 147 Laconia Rd. Tilton, NH 03276 at 11:15pm EST 12/21/2020
The food always tastes good, but the presentation is hit or miss. And when I say miss, I mean sometimes it completely missed the taco or burrito shell. My wife got a hard taco that had not even been opened and all the filling was just dumped into the the little cardboard holder. Not sure how that happens unless you are trying to fill the shells with a backhoe or Thor's Hammer.
When it first opened it was great. Service and food quality have declined over time.
Very fast and consistent in providing the expected food Taco Bell provides. The staff at this location is exceptionally friendly and I believe this is the only Taco Bell location that has always asked my preference and desire for hot sauce.
