I honestly don't know how this place stays open. I ordered tacos and bean and cheese burritos the other night. The tacos had BARELY ANY FILLING. They were like empty shells. The burritos had a decent amount of beans, but I couldn't detect any cheese, or any onions, or anything else. Even the salsa packets are barely filled. It had been a long time since I had visited a Taco Bell, and I was shocked by how poor the quality was.
Hit or miss here, but always edible. Pic is my favorite trip of the past few months. I got a crunch wrap supreme that actually lived up to marketing pics. Forth pic is most recent crunch wrap from the Westfield restaurant. It's more typical.
The food is good they usually get the order right but the line moves kinda slow for a fast food restaurant.
Cheap fast food. Good when very fresh. The location needs to add soap in the bathrooms as it has not been replaced. Maintenance needs to be stepped up as the I'd often napkins and wrappers on the floor. Some advice would be make it a priority to wipe down tables every hour. They will help with customer satisfaction and retention.
They're usually pretty fast here, drive throughat least. My Chalupas were cold this time, but they usually put out good food.
