After providing a reference picture and speaking specifically about the length in the front a few times the stylist cut my hair so short, it’s basically a boys cut. The stylist was a sweet girl, but I did not get the cut I wanted. I am so unhappy I just cry when I see me reflection or touch my hair and am seriously considering extensions or wearing a wig until this grows out.

As you can see Megan at Tilton has my eyebrow raw and bleeding. She repeatedly kept waxing the same spot.Plus my eyebrows dont look how I asked. I even provided a pictire of them previously done for her to look at and asked at the beginning if she could do them like that and she said yes.. i posted the picture thry were suppose to look like at the bottom.All smartstyles need to train the hair stylist better. Not the first time. Will never go back. Would give zero stars if an option!

Went here to get a haircut and wasn’t pleased with the job. My hair wasn’t cut it was more like hacked. When I called to complain and explain my complaint the manager said “Well I don’t understand what you want me to do!?” And she continued on to say that if I came back in she could of fixed my hair! Why would I go back in to have my hair recut? They hacked it the first time so with that being said I wouldn’t trust to have my hair hacked more. The best thing would be to reimburse me for my troubles. I had to go to another haircut place to have my hair fixed. Thank God they were able to. I will not be going back to this place for a haircut ever again and I will be letting my friends and family know the experience I had here. I will be sticking to Super Cuts, they are professional and they take good care of their customers. Worst experience I have ever had not to mention embarrassing!

Quality service, great prices, friendly staff.nI was definitely satisfied with my haircut. Heather was awesome, I told her I wanted short hair and to do whatever she thought would be best. I've never had a better haircut!
