Hired this company to remove ac unit. They cut the electrical without turning off power. Damaged smart thermostat. Told me it was the furnace that needed a new transformer. Had to order part. Over a year later still haven't found the part or contacted me. Had to hire another company who told me the transformer is fine. The smart thermostat was damaged due to the electrical line being cut. No, warning sent me to collections. Didn't bother sending a statement nor calling to find out what was going on. Use anyone else and save yourself a headache.

I would highly reccomend Zell Heating & Company. Of all the time for our central air to quit working; during the 4th of July Holiday. I called different places all morning a left lots of voice mails. They were the only ones that returned my call. They were very polite and understanding. At 1:00 they showed up and had it up and running but 1:30. Thanks again!! You were a life saver!!
