Every time we have ordered Marcos it’s AMAZING. Like so dang delicious. We like the sausage cause it’s HUGE. We usually order over the phone and the people are always so friendly and nice. The new employee working today 6/15/20 Taking our order was having a little bit of a rough time so someone else took over but it was no problem! The delivery guy was nice but our root beer was missing. He apologized profusely and said he’d be right back with it.(We live pretty close to the location) And he did! Such great customer service and we really appreciate the time he took to run back and grab the rest of the order. We love you guys and thank you!!

Pizza was done very quickly, it was very hot and cooked perfectly. Cheesy bread was my favorite thing there.

Customer service is awful. We ordered a pizza at 5:37 and were told 15 min. I showed at 6:00 and was told our order wasn't ready. After patiently waiting 50 min they apologized and said our order was lost and it would be another 25-30 min. Absolutely unacceptable. I asked to speak to the manager Kyah and that was a joke. I left with nothing and was offered nothing for the hour and 10 min I wasted. There were numerous customers who walked in and had issues with their order as well. Seems as if manager can't handle a shift with her staff. We will be contacting the owner and corporate regarding this. We love Marco's pizza and will gladly drive the extra time to the South Jordan location.

Scheduled an order pickup and arrived a little early. The staff was friendly and accommodating and I was able to leave with my order ahead of the scheduled time. The staff were also wearing face coverings and it was very much appreciated. I've worked in a handful of kitchens and know it's likely very inconvenient at times but it was nice seeing a business take precautions for the employees that have to be there and for their customers.

I love Marcos! Every time I walk in I love how it smells. I've recently signed up to receive points for my purchases. Marco's has a really generous reward program with a ton of discounts and opportunities for free cheezy bread. Their pizza is such good quality and with the discounts it's a great option 👌
