I'm absolutely appalled at how my customer complaint was handled. As a business owner you need to be able to handle any complaints no matter if you rent a booth or not. My daughter received the most horrific haircut I've ever seen.nnI'm even more disgusted at the way the whole situation was handled than anything. Do not go here if you're looking for a place that cares about customer satisfaction!nnI would rate zero stars if I could!
