Hastings Rentals

They are great people to rent from. They have nice shops with several sizes to choose from at decent prices. Maintenance is quick and easy if needed.

Never will we ever find such rude landlords, from the time we moved in until we moved out we were treated so poorly. Paid rent before the first of each month the entire 12 months we lived there. Prior to moving out, we gave 30 days notice, had the carpets cleaned ($300) and did our own cleaning and only received 2/3 of our 1,050 security deposit. The duplex was cleaner when we moved out than it was when we moved in. Moving in there were torn screens, blind panels missing, dead flies in the window sills, ceiling fan/light fixture hanging loosely in the kitchen...could go on and on. Yard was either dirt or water grass, which they expected the tenants to water (tenants paid the water bill). BEWARE to anyone who needs a place to rent Hastings. SO DISAPPOINTED........
