I was there a few weeks ago, the bay I was in only applied soap and wax..no wash or rinse. I had to go to the other bay to do the wash again. I have contacted the owner 4 times for a refund... with no response. Fortunately there is a new car wash now where I live so I won't be back to Car Care.
Your vacuum is super trash. Your car wash on the passenger side robbed me fifty cents.
Only one washer was working.
THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! Here's the story. About 4 years ago I used this car wash for the first time while I was 8 & 1/2 months pregnant. After the wash, the door would not open for me to drive out! There was no attendant there, there never is. I had to get out of my car and push the emergency button to exit the car wash. Thankfully, I didn't go into labor! My husband called the owner for me ( I wanted my money back!) but, they ended up sending us 3 gift certificates for their best carwash, a letter opener, and a magnet. I was not happy, I never wanted to go to this carwash again after that. I let it go and we used the certificates anyway. Fast forward to today, I used the last certificate, which to remind you is their best wash: ultra with Teflon. My car is STILL DIRTY! You can see in the pictures that it didn't get clean at all! And if you're thinking it's fresh dirt and grime, it's not. I tried wiping it with my finger and it is dried on grime. I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE NOT TO GO HERE. The only reason there's 1 star is because it wouldn't let me give zero! Thank God there's a new car wash in town because I'll have to take my car through the wash a second time today. Why can't things just work the way they're supposed to!
We use Car Care Paridise for our fleet of cars and they come out sparkling clean. The one time I did have a problem , I called Julia and she went over and above to make it right. ❤ufe0f this place.
