RASA has been fantastic for our 5-yr-old. The smaller classes and overall school size, well-structured-yet-still-relaxed environment, the teachers' flexibility and eagerness to work with students at individual learning levels, etc.nnThey are an International Baccalaureate World School (first one approved in Rochester?), and they are committed to developing well-rounded young people. All kids have both Spanish and French classes (our son *loves* his language classes, and he's constantly schooling me on my redneck French accent).nnIt's a very dedicated, parent-involved community/program, and the kids are socially active with one another outside of class as well as in.nnRASA's at a great near-downtown location for anyone who works in or around Mayo's main campus areas, and they provide optional after school care, which many busy parents make good use of.nnIf you are even considering private education for your child (pre-K through elementary/middle grades), then you should be sure to check out RASA, and even ask for references to talk with any parents whose kids go there.
