We were on our family vacation to Minnesota and when we arrived into town we noticed a clunking noise coming from underneath our van! We got to our hotel and we called Bobby & Steve’s they told us to bring our van over and we could get it looked at first thing in the morning. They even gave my husband a ride back to our hotel! The next morning they called us right away with great news! Our sway bar link that we had just got replaced before our trip wasn’t tightened! They fixed the problem and only charged us for a half hour of time and they even came back to our hotel to pick Ur up my husband to get our van! We were so happy everything turned out well! I am so great full for Bobby & Steve’s because they are honest, reliable, and kind people! Knowing that we were from out of town and in a tough spot where we needed our vehicle serviced, we didn’t know what to expect because some auto places would of took advantage of our situation! Not Bobby & Steve’s! They really are honest, great people!

Super happy! Great service. I asked for new back tires and breaks. (A while back a different service station told me I needed new back breaks and I’ve been dragging my feet.). Bobby and Steve’s called me to tell me that my back breaks were just fine and they didn’t want to charge me for something I didn’t need. They could have easily replaced my breaks and gotten themselves another $400 but they were honest. Very impressed. Thank you!!!

Brought them my car that was having an issue. The service was excellent. Everything was done quickly and the issues were resolved same day. I feel like the price quoted for the work was fair. I will absolutely be back, professional work and great service.

Definitely scrapping the bottom of the barrel on this one, I unfortunately I had to deal with this company recently and between the poor service and lack of communication makes finding your car almost impossible. They not only labeled the vehicle incorrectly but decided to then treat there customers accordingly to how they felt. Absolutely crook of a service and in the future will be informing everyone I know of this businesses values.
