One star on customer service. Kid not wearing a name tag (3/27 @ 7pm) ignored me for a solid 2 minutes while writing in his notebook. After I waited that 2 minutes I asked “excuse me is someone going to help me?” And this dude looks at me and says “you can see I’m in the middle of something right?” And went back to his notebook. No one in store, didn’t even look at me when I walked through the door. Also threw the food and swore a lot at the food? Really rude

I am very annoyed with my visit today! I usually bring a lot of business here weekly because I work up the street. We order out a lot here because it’s cheap and quick. Today my buddy and I went down to grab some subs for us and some of our co-workers. The girl making sandwiches got overwhelmed and tried multi-tasking with both of our orders. I told her not to stress and make my friends sandwich first because I have 5 orders. She threw my bread aside and said “okay screw that then.” When she finished my friends order. The other girl working in the back came out to help. The entire time they where soo rude and very unprofessional! “They where telling each other they don’t make enough money for this and what they’re paychecks are like as they made these sandwiches for me!” Right in front of me out loud!! A couple of my orders, they didn’t have the bread I asked for which made them even ruder towards me when I asked what else they had! The line accumulated to the door. Apparently they can’t handle the job they signed up for? My friend and I spend over $70 on sandwiches, chips, and drinks and they throw a fit! Absolutely pathetic
