Chicken was fresh had to wait 15 minutes for it (didn't order ahead). Chicken pieces are small and I feel a bit pricey for what you get. Service was polite and courteous.
Really good Chicken. Really good ribs. Really good fish. And, really good potatoes and onion rings. Only complaint, the prices are a bit high. It's the only reason we don't eat it more often.
THE BEST CHICKEN BITES EVER!!!! ALWAYS CRISPY, TENDER AND DELICIOUS! PLUS THE SERVICE IS AMAZING! They make fresh ranch dressing too....everything is TOP NOTCH - A MUST STOP FOR ANY CHICKEN LOVER. Plus they have ribs...which my dad tried and they were very, very good too he said!!! Chicken Shack has many locations...so make sure you do when you see one the next time!!! We have been to a couple and the service and quality of food is the SAME - no problems or lack of quality here found! And that is important...as it is NEVER FOUND....NICE JOB Chicken Shack!
I order from this location constantly (DoorDash typically) and I have always had great service. I made a delivery order today for my family and when the food was delivered I found 2 orders of the potatoes missing, I informed DD from the app and decided to call the store to see what happened with the sides. I was told I was speaking with a manager and they disconnected with me after checking the order, so I called back and the person who answered the second time was extremely rude and said it’s not our problem.
Very good, fast service. Would recommend.
