I finally unbagged a number of shirts that I had laundered at Haventown in December of 2019, and discovered that one has been ruined with what look like food/oil stains in multiple spots. Completely unacceptable.

I dropped off a suit with 2 shirts. I misplaced my receipt for awhile, but eventually found it. When I went to get my suit, they told me they got rid of it. they told me store policy was anything left longer than a year was disposed of. IT HAS NOT BEEN A YEAR!!! they said they called, but the person who wrote up bill had my name wrong, and my phone number wrong. Also found out they had my wifes name wrong, too. I have spoke to three different employees, all kept referring back to the year thing, but IT HAS NOT BEEN A YEAR!!! Owner was supposed to call me last Monday Or Tuesday. Still waiting..nnMaybe a subpoena from small claims court will get his attention
This was my first experience having something dry cleaned, and it was great! Friendly staff, reasonable pricing, good turn around time - I will be returning if I need anything dry cleaned in the future.
Can't express enough thanks for helping me with my gown! I thought it was RUINED!!!nGot Candle wax all over it! Within one weekend, these miracle workers got every last bit of it off, The dress looks BRAND NEW!!!nTHANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!
