Worst service ever, on hold with them again right now... I've never seen two dryers break so often, horrible business
As smaller regional dealers get eaten by these large national companies, the qualitynof service drops off significantly. I used to do business with a very good regional company that got purchased by Wash and I've had nothing but trouble since. I can't find a single locally owned company in this business to work with, and I dread every single interaction with Wash Laundry. If you have any alternatives to these ponderously large and unresponsive national companies I suggest you use them while you can. You'll be sorely disappointed by the level of professionalism and service you receive from Wash and its management.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.nDo not waste your time or money with this company. If you need your washer/dryer serviced plan on waiting at least a week to see a technician.
If you rent an apartment and they have these machines, good luck. Washer/dryers are always breaking. The cards you Insert to pay for your wash/dry is a joke. If machine breaks or machine stopped reading your card, Inconveniently, you have to send your card in the mail to Rancho dominguez Ca, in order to get a new card with whatever balance you had on it. Which takes almost a month to receive back. Plus, if machine breaks half way through your wash/dry cycle, its just a problem trying to get your money back.nSurprisingly, the laundromat is better than using these machines at your apt complex.
They got only 30 day labor warranty on a brand new equipment. Paid 30K for dryers and few months later one of them had a bad computer. I had to pay for labor for swapping the computer board because they won’t sell you the part.
