Nice environment and very clean!
Today has been the worst laundromat experience ever. There is a shortage of coins at the two laundromats I’ve gone to prior today. So I took a breather and decided to start googling around some neighborhood laundromats. So I called Fit and Fold about 10-15 minutes before 9pm and asked if the had any coins in their establishment. The young man said yes. I mentioned the other laundromats had a shortage and if he can give me the main cross streets nearby so I can have a better sense of direction. He wasn’t helpful at all! I made it there by 9:07pm just to be told I can’t wash and that the last load should be in at by 9pm. He could have told me this over the phone. To top it off he played as though he didn’t know who I spoke with over the phone 10-20 mins prior but instead had me run across town wasting time and energy. If I could give them a lower rating then a 1 star I would, cause they are thee worst ran laundromat ever! I wouldn’t recommend no one to go there. I guess I should have known better when he couldn’t give me main cross streets or a land mark near by. Pallister and the lodge freeway. Land mark could have been Henryford Hospital.nFamily and friends gave positive reviews to have a 4.5 stars.

Washer machine took my quarters when I told the lady attendant her & the owner accuse me of trying to lie & steal.Some of their washer machines have mold in them.They have their family and friends give false reviews
Newer machines clean atmosphere, helpful staff AND a safe environment (green light) they even offer drop off services.. BEST low key mat in Detroit!
