I called with an emergency issue and scheduled an appointment. After 4 hours of hearing nothing, I called back to get a estimated time and the girl who answered could not give me any information, was rude and refused to answer my questions. I told her to cancel the appointment and she could not even do that. Never call this place!
So helpful and knowledgeable. Got the job done quickly. I will be calling them again for sure!
Daniel saved the day!!! Our main water line busted in the middle of our Saturday afternoon. I called beehive and in 10 minutes I was already on the phone with the technician and he was on his way to my house within 20 minutes. They quoted me an amazing price better than any I seen online and he gave me a temporary fix to make it through until Monday. Yep, that's right I said Monday! He put it in as an emergency job and I will have a new water main by Monday evening. I will update after Monday and let you know how it turned out.
