Called 1st American plumbing spoke with Nichole the Dispatcher about our main water turn off in the basement was leaking and needed to be replaced. Nichole scheduled us an appointment promptly to repair the issue. The Service Techs that were sent out Blake and Brent showed up on time for the appointment and we discussed the repair . Blake and Brent were very thorough on explaining what needed to be done with an estimated price. We are very happy with the level of service of the Techs and the courteous nature and being at this time Covid compliant and concerned for our safety while in our home. We would recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

Early Wed. (9/30/2020) morning (2 days before my wedding in my backyard for family only, one of which was coming from Denver) I noticed flooding in the bathroom. After talking with my contractor friend, I was able to replace the toilet flange and wax ring, yet there was still backup happening. I looked at a few review of a few plumbers and choose this one. I believe I choose wisely! Lance and Allison arrived at 3:30. They listened to what had happened and brought in the big router. A little bit later they re-assessed the situation and called in the power sprayer and camera. Matt and Blake then arrived and all four worked tirelessly until my pipes were flowing. They were very thorough in their explanations of what they were doing and what was happening with my sewer pipes and indoor pipes. They were very compassionate with me concerning my wedding and worked hard to make water flow possible for my wedding. They gave me some recommendations for my pipes future and I will be following up with them on quotes and the like. Lance and Allison were straight forward and down to earth at all times, they did make this horribly timed fiasco much easier to handle. I would recommend them to anyone in dire straights, and I will be talking to them about the future of my pipes. Thank you Lance, Allison, Matt & Blake! Had 1st Am. come by and perform a furnace tune up. Great price for it, first. They were spot on time, came fully masked up and had all the right safety protocols in use. Very thorough and professional and as always with 1st American, were great to work with. Always glad I use them and never recommend anyone else.

Matt was referred to us by another family member. We had no idea where the water was coming from but the basement was soaking wet. His response was quick and thorough. The work was scheduled the following day. Blake and Brent went above and beyond, they constructed an apparatus to pull the main line from the stop and waste from the inside! My Dad would have loved it!!!! I had follow up questions and Matt was more than willing to answer and make sure I understood the process. They broke the foundation for us and installed drains for a future basement bathroom (toilet, tub, and sink). Both workers were friendly. They cleaned up as they did the work and were respectful of our home. They even paid attention to our dogs and were careful to close the gate so the dogs wouldn’t get out. The work was finished in one day and looks great!
