Tore my master bathroom apart, said they would be back to patch the holes they made. That was a lie. This company only wants the insurance money. Once they get your insurance information, you will never hear from them again. Ryan is the one who lied to me.

The technicians that came out were pretty friendly and efficient. They got everything gutted out and dried out. And then we had to start the repair process. That took so long! Too many different companies to subcontract with, and I still see seams where the Sheetrock was cut half way up the wall. To top it all off, they put our stuff in storage and then lost part of our couch and half our toys. The kids were devastated that they lost some of their special toys. The company also changed ownership during the process and our file with proof of our things got lost. Just a rough 9 month process. Also, in the bathroom, u can see the seams in the drywall and they only did 1 coat of paint which is already peeling.

Ramco Restoration did a great job on my flood basement. they came in and took care of everything. They were very professional, clean and knowledgeable. They did a great job from start to finish. I would recommend them to everyone. They are very friendly and prompt.

I’m a service tech for a plumbing company, Jesse and I have done a lot of business together and he will always be the first restoration company I recommend. He (or one of his team members) always gets to my customers house within the hour that we call, regardless of the time of day/ or night. They handle everything from initiating the claim to the very end of the process. He always offers the best option for the customer(not his bottom line) I’ve even had several customers tell me that he has gone above and beyond for them. He treats my customers with dignity and respect, he’s very understanding and compassionate at a time where the home owners feel vulnerable. That to me is excellent customer service and why I will continue to recommend RAMCO restoration, every time.

They were very honest and up front about their estimate and time frames. They communicated with us every step of the way and were very easy to work with. During the summer we are in and out of the house almost every day with kids activities, and they were very good to work with us. I will definitely give Ramco a call if the need arises again.
