I made reservations via the website five days prior to our visit. The website and a confirmation email indicated the reservation would not be confirmed until I spoke with a staff member. I waited for a phone call to confirm, but no one ever called. I called two days before our visit and left a voicemail, but never received a call back. The day of our expected visit I called again, and a staff member indicated the manager was not able to take my call, but said as long as we had a reservation we were all set. We arrived at the lounge, and the staff said we did not have a reservation because it was not confirmed. I told them that I tried to reach out, and they said they had been busy and did not have time to call back. They offered us a table on a different day! Really!?! My hunch is this is an establishment for folks who spend lots of money betting on games and a pedestrian guy like me isn't getting in on a big day like Saturday March Madness. This is fine, but at least call folks back to let them know so they don't waste their time. Very disappointing customer service.

Wow! I love video poker, the only reason I downloaded this app. More than 1,000 hands (one thoudand) without a 4 of a kind of any type ,total waste of money. I will be contacting the BBB

I'd be like the rest and rate it a one star but won. Not just betmgm but nearly all online casino's have these promotions that lock all winnings until 25x-50x playthrough. I accepted one promotion and made a bet that exceeded the freeplay and into my actual cash deposit and locked it.nexample is if you accept a $10 freeplay with a 25x playthough and your first bet is $25, using $15 of your actual cash it will lock all $25 until you playthrough $250.nNot sure how these promotions are legal since it changes the odds sooo much you're pretty much just giving them your money when you accept.

Just a heads up they're scamming people online with the new sportsbook casino. Mainly the casino games like BJ. Dealer hits 21 about 75% of the time. Save your money
