Food was fresh and hot. Unfortunately my order wasn't correct.
When ordering, the guy seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. I work in fast food so I was patient, but it was a really simple order. 3 soft tacos, 2 with extra sour cream. when we got to the window, the guy wasn’t even wearing a mask!! he had one covering his chin.
This Taco Bell went through a long period of only taking one order at the speaker, waiting for the car to pull up and get their food, and THEN taking the next order in the drive thru. Consistently long wait time. The food is generally good despite the wait however.
I’ve always had to wait a very long time at this Taco Bell. I don’t know what it is but they just make you wait. For some reason your order and then you just wait. However, when the food gets to you it is absolutely amazing. You have to get the cheesy gordita crunch you are absolutely going to love it.
My family and I arrived there at 10:45 on a Thursday night. they were getting ready to close at 11:00 p.m. we were the third car in line and didn't make it up to the box until 11:02. at that time, we were informed that they were closed and they could make a soft tacos, but nothing else. We explain we had been in line for over 15 minutes and he said sorry nothing he could do. Absolutely ridiculous. If they don't get the food wrong, they're rude. Do not go here.
