I like the ypsi taco bell. The service is pretty fast there and they usually make the food right. Best flavor/value ratio in fast food.

Nice and ghetto. I went through drive through to order my food and the crew member told me to hold on..so I waited for over 5 minutes. Then I heard laughing and conversation going on. I look over and the Taco Bell crew members are all outside laughing and conversing outside with each other while there is a line of people behind me. Very unprofessional.

I've been to this location nearly 100 times and they seem to mess up my order more often than not .. unfortunately, tonight was the last straw. While the Cashiers are extremely friendly, the ones on Assembly don't seem to bother making sure that the special requests (mainly 'no sour cream, add (insert sauce here [with an upcharge]') are met. I know this review may sound petty, but I've worked fast food for over a decade and I would be ashamed to have some of these crew as coworkers.nnIf you have a simple order with no modifications, these folks do well, but don't expect anything other than that. They've lost my household's business until they decide to give a damn about accuracy.

Went today and their computers were down.. came back after a little bit of time and they were still down but they took care of me anyways! Polite and respectful!nThey were trying their best, short staffed and still did an amazing job!
