My friend ordered a bacon cheese burger and he loved it. I ordered a vegetarian one and I could see no love at all. There was absolutely nothing great about the burger, it was barely swallowable. There is a lot of attention and thought often put behind the taste of non vegetarian food but nothing of that matter done for vegetarian food. Either make immaculate burgers for all customers or remove vegetarian burgers out of the menu.

5 Guys did an AWESOME job. Ordered for 65 people Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, and Hotdogs. The order was done on time and ready for pickup when they said it would be ready. Manager took great care of us. Would recommend using them. This was the second year in a row that I have used them.

I have always had good experiences here over the near 10 years I've been in the area, and the few times there was a goof up, they always made it right, either by offering a totally covered replacement for the next time I/we ordered (for the same food) or just replacing the messed up order. It has not been a common occurrence. Would definitely recommend. ✌

Terrible! Ordered two burgers: a single with bacon and BBQ plus a double with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Condiments were switched so we tried to swap out the patties at home... what a mess!! Both ended up tasting like BBQ sauce which was fine for one of us but not the other. Fries were cold - had to microwave them. Next time I’ll drive to the Ann Arbor location.
