They have me the wrong food for the first time ever but then they rectified it after a call was made and super polite about everything, this location is awesome.
First time here and the last! Julia the cashier was rude and very unprofessional! Another girl asked if I would like to speak to the manager and I said yes and did a Manager come NO! No one cares about the guest in the building ! If I were you stay away from this location the team does not care and management does not care! And Julia when you miss the guest hands when giving change Dont say “ My bad” and chuckle again RUDE RUDE RUDE SERVICE!
Would definitely recommend trying this place. Fantastic vibes, yummy food, excellent customer service. I recommend this place.
Food is almost always good here.
Had some issues.nFlavorless, and noodles stuck together forming a wad of noodles, very little sauce causing issues with noodles separating. Employees seem to have an issue with spinach. Either they don't want to include it in salad, or I get maybe 3 leaves. Even though I pay extra for it. I complain online and general manager doesn't even invite me back..?? It seems like that most of the issues at this location could be due to poor managerial skills and should hire someone with professional experience. My interaction with your general manager sucked! District! Pay attention to this place!
