Five guys always gets my order right- at least the one on Ann Arbor Saline does. The others often don’t. They’re cheerful but not always fast. The burgers are amazing, however. Best chain burger out there to be sure- If they could only streamline their routine to speed it up a little

Burger itself is great. But to be honest the fries wasn't for me so good but for other ppl it might be great. Different ppl like different taste's. Can and will definitely recommend them. Cost a bit more than I expected. Paid more than I would have paid at a popular burger restaurant. But it was a good experience.

I've stopped eating at 5 Guys restaurants despite them having the best French fries in the world. I was at this location tonight and found 15 people waiting for orders. 10 minutes later, the same 15 people were still waiting. I've spent a lot of time observing their workflow: always one order at a time... ALWAYS! Christ!.... you've got three food items on the menu!! Figure it out!! They fry one order of potatoes at a time, despite having MANY fryers available to speed the food prep. They prepare one sandwich at a time. WAKE UP!! And if it's staffing problem, raise wages -- the pricing of your products certainly supported it and your employees deserve it. And this is NOT a Covid problem -- it's always been this way. I won't be back until they fix the problem....not waiting 45 minutes for an order of fries....and neither should you: the only way to force businesses to improve service is to boycott them... until they do improve.

What can you say, solid burgers exactly the way you want it. Once you dial in your order, you’re golden. Cajun fries are quite amazing. Why get a ‘fast food’ burger when you can get a five guys.
