Always great food and service. Have been dining since they opened the doors.Covid update. My wife and I experienced superb service during our take out order. Friendly/helpful staff per norm. Food was amazing as always. Keep up the great job! We miss dining in and look forward to it once life resumes normality.
Fries hard and burnt server was more interested in friends table
They downsized the burgers and changed the buns. Not different than any other fast-food burger place any more and they used to be much better. Onion rings stayed the same. Service is still excellent.
My food was wrong, incorrect ingredients as well as some other ingredients being left off entirely. My shroom burger was so dry it was inedible. I requested additional mushrooms and sauce, received neither. Instead there were onions added to the dry burger with no sauce. My fries were unseasoned and the dip I ordered for my fries was left out as well. I couldn't even get a straw for my drink. All in all, absolutely disappointed. I've gone here many times in person and sent people there because I'd never had a bad experience. Now I'm still hungry because I can't choke down what was sent to me. Do better.
The waitress ud83eudd14 Elisse/Elisa ud83eudd14(ud83dude14I'm so bad with names ud83dude42) was awesome. Will definitely come again if she is can again be my waitress. ud83dude07 Oh, yeah the food was also awesome ud83dude01 5 stars for my favorite waitress and 5 stars for my favorite Red Robin.
