The little punk that works there was rude.nHe hardly put any chicken on my sub.nThe tomatoes in the store are a laugh.nI wouldn’t suggest going here. There are far better sandwich stores around with way better customer service and food.

Horrible customer service skills. I came in today to get a footling SWEET ONION chicken teriyaki sandwich. Apparently now they put a teriyaki sauce on there before putting it in the oven. I didn’t want the sauce on the sandwich, yet the guy put it on there anyways. When I asked for a new sandwich, because I only wanted the sweet onion sauce that they put on it at the end! the sandwich maker starts to raise his voice telling me that I should’ve stated that from the very beginning, yet he didn’t give me a chance to. I’ll never patronize this subway again.

Beware!!!!!!! I came into this location to order food. The employee preparing the food for the man in front of me wasn’t waring gloves or a face mask. He wiped his face a couple times with the side of his hand and continued to make the food. I walked out after witnessing this. When I got home I called the store and I’m assuming the employee who answered was the same person because He had the same accent. I asked if it was required to wear gloves and mask and he said “We are only required to wear a mask.”nI explained that I was just in there and employee preparing food wasn’t wearing both. He apologized and said that masks would be worn. I made a complaint online the same day to make sure the owner was aware. Just received an email from him apologizing but then ended with saying that I shouldn’t wait 12 days to complain and that I should have complained same day! What? It took him 12 days to respond to my complaint. Won’t be returning.

This Subway is one of the worst I have encountered, despite it being the most conveniently located for me. Each time I go, the employees seem either new or just extremely careless. This visit, I did not have the right coupon with me to pay, so I went back to my car to get the right one. When I came back, the man working there said in a very rude manner that he'd already entered this coupon in. When I corrected him, he sighed loudly and snatched my coupon. Does it really hurt you that much to change a coupon on a cash register? If so, it clearly says something about the quality of service.
