I've visited here to have my uniforms hemmed and fitted. They did an excellent job in making sure all the alterations were neat. I'd definitely recommend coming here for all your dry clean needs.
The worst dry cleaning shop I’ve ever been to. They ruined both my sneakers. For the adidas (purchased in April), it’s entirely ruined; and for the New Balance (purchased last month), they ruined the suede and the whole texture.nnInstead of providing any compensation, all they did were saying my shoes are too old (which is nonsense) and they only used water to clean the shoes.nnIn the end, they only admitted one pair was ruined by them and refunded the fee ($20) which is totally unacceptable for me. If they cannot handle the shoes, they shouldn’t have took it the first place.nnIf anyone is ever considering coming to this shop, I highly recommend to take a photo in advance.
Don’t even know how to handle color bleed and don’t even apologize to me for having ruined my favorite sweater. I have had that sweater for more than 5 years and never once had a problem with any other dry cleaner.nThe owner is also very rude. Refused to apologize and sounded like I should thank him even after he ruined my sweater.
Pretty standard service. Nice and polite Korean staffs. I have been there several times and never had any problem.
I've called over and over again to inquiry. They haven't answered once. Strong indication to me they're bad for business.
