Good laundry mat. the drop off services are affordable, everything comes back folded neatly and smells nice. Will be using this service moving forward.
Attendant is nice but refuses to prevent people from leaving clothes unattended for hours in the large washers and they only have 2 large washers. This isn't supposed to happen in a professional laundromat.
I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this past experience was pretty bad. There was mold growing on the flaps where you put the soap in the washers. I was there for almost two hours and didn’t see anyone cleaning any machines or sanitizing any shared surfaces. Attendant was constantly taking their mask off- didn’t correct anyone who took theirs off either. Got really overcrowded at times. They say 2 per household but no one seemed to be enforcing it.nThe laundry drop off service is nice and the loyalty program is good, too.nUsually this place is pretty good but I was appalled at this last experience.
Nice and clean helpful staff lady at night she made sure I knew where to park for my convenience.
The place i usually get my quarters for laundry was out of change, so i thought this would be a good place to stop and grab some quaters! I saw they had drop off laundry service and was considering using their services, until I went in to grab change and was told that change was for customers using the washers there only! Needless to say I will not be using their drop of laundry service ever. Maybe if people were permitted to use the change machine without discrimination there would be more customers bringing their laundry here!nnEdit: I would've accepted the terms and understood if the employee was a bit nicer! Poor customer service.
