I called John this afternoon, and he quickly fit me in for the same day. He was very polite and even worked quietly while I worked from home. He worked quickly and gave me a fair price. I would recommend him.

3 years ago I was having problems with my septic system. I called the closest company to me and asked them to come out and check it out. After they came and diagnosed the problem, I had several questions about how everything worked and the cost. The guy could barely explain the system to me and gave a me a very high ballpark estimate. So I called Advanced Sewer and Drain to get another estimate. I was impressed by John's ability to explain how everything worked and his estimate was several hundred dollars cheaper than the other company. They installed a new septic pump. Problem solved.nnLast night my septic started backing up into our basement. I called John and after talking for a minute he knew what was happening. He came out today and took care of it. Again I was impressed by John's professionalism, communication, and honesty. Highly recommended.

Called yesterday morning at 8:30am. John (owner) picked up. I explained my situation with him where my apartment with tenants were having water issues and that the water sewer was backed up. He said that he'd get to the site in 30mins. I was very surprised at how quick the response was and that he'd get here so soon. 9:00am arrives and he gets here as scheduled. A very professional and clearly, very experienced person in the field. He showed me step by step what he was doing, and got the job done in a little over one hour! I was able to head out at 10:15am! He did a fantastic job, and i would recommend him to anyone having these kind of problems. Thanks, John!

John was very responsive and helping within a couple of hours of calling him on a Monday morning to address sewer drain issues due to root growth. He was thorough and cost conscious. He provided recommendations for future maintenance. He took all reasonable precautions to prevent potential COVID-19 exposure. I would not hesitate to call him again if I ran into similar issues in the future.

Amazing service!! Reasonable price. Was here and drain repaired within less than 24hrs! Definitely will use in the future if needed and highly recommended
