When a truck runs through it trips the setting on the first roller that is weighted so it will not drop back down to wash sedans and smaller vehicles. When I brought this to the technicians attention he responded with “that’s not my problem I do not get paid to fix things. “ So upset as this is a known issue with this system and all that needs to be done is resetting the weight so it drops down for smaller vehicles. 2/15/2021
Visible soap and dirt left on the car. Nobody wiped down the car afterwards which I would expect for $15. Don't go here.
BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!nnWent through the Saline, MI Location with our brand new Ford Ranger. Upon exiting I noticed the mirror cover was missing, I pulled back around and the attendant was very rude and would not give me any direction or contact information to speak to management, only thing he did was fetch my cover out of the wash and take my name and number. After a week still no response and I have done everything from call and email the HQ multiple times. They are elusive snakes in the woods, if your car is damaged its 100% on you unless you want to take them to court. DO NOT USE THEM STAY AWAY.
Great quality wash. Fast service. The kids really enjoyed the colorful foams and light show too.
Holy cow! Way to expensive for a mediocre wash. My car still had visible dirt and soap on it after it was done. I think you pay more for the experience of colorful soap and flashing lights than anything else.
