Community Auto Wash did a great job detailing my car. Great quality job! Was super easy to schedule an appointment online.
Their machine scratched my rims, The staff was unprofessional, and after the machine didn't release my car properly one of the staff yelled at me without a mask on directly in my face. This place is an embarrassment.
As a long time customer, I appreciate that this place employs people who are in addiction recovery and need a second chance. There are some hard workers there that are pleasant to interact with. However, things have drastically gone down hill since Vern has retired. Staff are allowed to smoke near customers cars which is annoying and gross and poses health risks to myself and my son. My last several car washes & interior vacuums have been sub par. Two weeks ago one of the staff yelled and scared the tar out of my son. He physically pounded on my windshield as we entered the car wash. (My wipers accidentally came on.) I called right after we left and the new owner offered a weak apology. I know Vern would have not tolerated that kind of inappropriate behavior. If you just want a hap-hazard vacuum & wipe down with a wash that leaves streaks & dirt remnants, you might as well give your neighbor's 12 yr old kid the $14. I have no intentions of going back.
