Clean operation, new machines. Early morning, they open at 8am or mid afternoon around 3-4 is the best time to go, you can beat the rush and get in and out pretty quick. Owner, Jeremiah is friendly and personable, also the gentleman that drives the delivery truck is easy to talk to. Been going there since they opened and not one complaint from me.
I had to wash horse blankets for the winter and I had called a few other places to see if they would help me and they asked me to not bring them in but when I called coin express the owner was very friendly and helpful. He said he would meet me there if I needed help with anything and made sure to tell his employee that I was coming so I wouldn't have any issues. She was very helpful as well and very friendly. I definitely will go back!
Workers were chatting about the covid vaccine & then both of them took their masks off & continued to chat & work without them. I said I’ll die if I get covid & they did not put them back on. Total disregard for my safety! No sign on front door asking to wear a mask either.
Updated washers, clean, friendly staff. I still use coin express even though I moved one town over. Reasonable prices for washing and drying.
Machines have been broken for 2 years now, I tried washing my cloths on a big machine when one of the staffs told me I couldn’t use it because he needed it to wash rags. Customer service here sucks staff are never there always out smoking or leaving to the store. Also they rush you when they need to wash rags. This place definitely needs a new owner and better staff
