DON’T COME HERE!!! They ruined my dress. Top half is white, bottom is navy blue. The white part was full of blue dye when I picked it up. They acted like nothing was wrong. It took 3 full business days for them to clean 2 items. Plus they are overpriced. They were also extremely rude with basic customer service. No saying hello, or have a nice day. There are too many dry cleaning services around to waste time and money here at the risk of your clothes being ruined.

They charged me $10.98 to clean one dress pants and one tie. When I picked up my clothes, I was informed that they did not get the stain out of my tie. When I asked for a partial refund since my tie was not clean, the cashier gave me an attitude, mocked me, and refused to give me any sort of refund or other accommodation. You don’t treat paying customers like this! I definitely won’t be coming back!

The man (owner?) is probably the most unfriendly, abrupt person I have ever dealt with in a service business. First time I figured he was just having a bad day. Next five times I decided he was just plain rude and my business was clearly unimportant to him.. Given that, I took my (not insubstantial) business elsewhere. They should keep him in the back.
