Went to get subs for national donate day on 3-31-21 at 6:30pm. There was a line of about 6 people waiting , I was willing to wait, I was asking be the female working if I was there to place an order or pick up an order, said I was there to place and was rudely told that they were not taking any new orders at they time because they needed to catch up. They seemed unprepared for the amount of orders they could get that day.

Cherokee the main women that works there, decided to stop the online ordering TWO HOURS BEFORE which made our order go through as a next day order, couldn’t cancel our order online . So we tried calling but there phones do NOT work so we had to drive all the way there just to get immediately screamed at by her saying she’s not taking any more orders. when she asked us what we had and we tried explaining it to her she not only got an attitude with us but said she was the one who did it bc she had used 900 loaves of bread. There was still bread to be used just she was too lazy to make 2 sandwiches. worst manager and place to go to.

It’s Jersey Mike’s, so it’s always good; however, both times I have ordered online and requested extra meat and extra cheese, I got neither. If you want your sub made the way you want it, go inside and watch them make it, so it gets done correctly.

Stopped at this location at 6:30PM, got home with our subs and both our breads were so hard we couldn’t eat them. I will not be going to this location again considering there is not reason for that old of bread when they don’t close until 9:00PM.

The lady with the brown hair always complains about delivery drivers being late to pick up food. We have no control of this we get the order when we get it and sometimes have to drive miles to pick up. #notourfault
