All the lights were out when we arrived at Arby's Wensday night @ 8:30pm. Then they we're having customer pull up to wait for their food. I think they were short staffed this evening.. They still got my food out to me in a timely fashion.. ud83dude0aud83dude0a
Omg I miss 5 for 5 lol (long time ago) still a great place to eat
I went in to get something to eat after work and I ended up with a raw chicken sandwich. If you're getting out of work and wanting something to eat cuz you're hungry.. just starve instead. It'll be better than hearing an apparent manager making excuses for her workers and what happened. That's the problem when there's no pride in your work.
I've eaten many times at this location. TodaynI received an incorrectly made meal. My wife took the sandwich back and the Manager was awesome! She explained what happened and assured it wouldnt happen again. She also compensated my wife for having to drive back as well as replaced the sandwich. First time I've seen great customer service from a fast food restaurant, McDonald's, Wendy's, etc... and owning to there mistake. Many Kudos.
