The mac and cheese tastes like oven-baked home cooking. The chicken is tasty and seasoned nicely. The advertisement says that all their chicken is fresh and never Frozen. However, the wingdings were dry and chewy. I could tell they had sat in a warming pan for quite a while. All the chicken I had ordered was served from warming pans. I do not know if you can request it to be made fresh. I imagine that if the chicken was made fresh to order, this would be one of the best chicken carry-outs in the area. The waffle for the waffle chicken was also dense and chewy, but I saw that it was freshly prepared. Perhaps it was the batter she used or possibly just needed to toast longer in the waffle iron. Seeing that the chicken was overcooked and the waffle was undercooked and they did not trim the uncooked overflow from the edges of the waffle I have to give this rating 2 Stars. Just a couple of small improvements this place could easily be five stars.
Pizza 3/5 , Chicken 4/5 , Potato Wedges 3/5 , Mac n Cheese 3/5 , Price 5/5 . All the food is decent, but the price is really good. New business still with some growing pains. They have a heated buffet type counter up front, looks like you could get a quick lunch here.
