This store desperately needs more experienced managers running it.nnThe other day, I went here to pick up dinner for the family. Half way through telling them what I wanted on my sub, I was told they didn't have American cheese (their most popular choice I'm sure). Not a problem, though. These things happen, so I told him I'd take different cheese.nnHe proceeds to toast my sub and when it comes to adding veggies/dressing, I was told they didn't have Italian dressing (I ordered an Italian BMT) because it was no longer being offered by Subway. I then asked for the vinaigrette dressing, which is similar to the Italian. He told me they didn't have any left.nnNot only did they not have 2 big ingredients of the sub I had ordered, but they failed to let me know this until the sub was basically already made.nnIt's one thing to be short on ingredients, but it's another thing to keep this from your customer until they are already frustrated with the situation.nnDo better.

It takes over 40 minutes to get through a line on saturday. Everyone moves incredibly slow, and makes no effort to go fast. The run out of bread all the time. They need more staff and better training.nnOct Update: New hires have more urgency. Things are improving

One of worst Subway experiences ever!!! Long lines and the crew has no regard for it. Working at the own leisurely pace.
