Overall it’s a good car wash and I will continue to go back. Gave 3 stars for the missed spot on the front and leftover soap. This was their “mega/works” wash too. I don’t blame the boys because they are probably frozen. (Starting to think hot chocolate would have been a more preferred tip over the cashud83dude2c) Not sure what kinda warm gear they have. It’s very cold today regardless of the sunshine. Overall very friendly and the car is much cleaner than it was.

Brighton is THE BEST EMPLOYEE ever to dry my car! Young and very detailed and conscientious. Please make sure to keep him. I have a pass and have for 6 months and I am happy with everyone else... but he literally offered to dry my window again after I put it down to compliment him. Very thorough interior cleaning of my vehicle and decently priced. I love this place! It is farther away from where I live, but I refuse to go to Jax for my vehicle cleanings. The customer service by Dave was amazing—such a professional, kind, and courteous!

My car got egged and I made the mistake of going to Forrester’s in Lake Orion- they took my money, barely sprayed my car, and then after said “yah, that’s not coming off, maybe try some soap and water...” what?? They didn’t even try, and didn’t care at all that they didn’t solve my problem. My car had JUST been washed the day before- so I paid them for NOTHING. I went to Al’s in Oxford- where I knew I should have gone in the first place- and AS USUAL- they took the time to really spray my car and make sure it all came off. Took him 10 seconds. Let’s support local businesses who care! Send your friends to Al’s!
