Hardworking and honest staff!!! We have a rescue dog that kept using the hallway as the bathroom and the smell was bad. F & T Carpets Care did a wonderful job. They warned me it may be down in the padding but would do the best they could including going over that area several times and spraying. I was pleasantly surprised as to how much that area improved. I would definitely use them again.
