Were extremely happy with the work Jack did on our carpet. He explained all of our options thoroughly and answered our questions patiently. Carpet looks and smells much better after.

Jack has been cleaning the carpets in our condo for years, starting with the previous owner. He did a tremendous job throughout the home, gave us several tips for how to care for the carpets between cleanings and made himself available if we had any questions. He was very courteous and friendly, and took all necessary COVID precautions. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
