Great service! Good food
Thursday evening we made a online order. 25$ worth of food. For my daughter, husband and daughter friend. Paid for it. Went to pick up and my daughter was told they ran out of bread and were closing early. So to go online and cancel your order. After going back online there is NO WAY to cancel a order. So I called the store to tell her that. Her response wasn“Sorry”. Call in the morning and talk to a manger. I tried calling three times in the morning to talk with a manager to get a refund or my order, no answer. I called there again after work. A extremely rude worker told me to call Monday when a manger is in.nStill no one has offered any way to make this right!!!nThis place is extremely unprofessional and at this point thieves! So be ware of the shady business this place is doing.
First off I order 3 subs online. It said it would be ready at 5:45 i get there and there is no customers in line and my order wasn’t even started yet. When i asked they looked confused and said they will start it now. While the 1 employee started making my subs the other was washing knives. All she did was swish around the knives in water then scrape them on the side of the counter, then with one knife wiped it on her pant leg and put it in with the rest of the knives.
