We were so impressed with Mike at USA Carpet Care & Dye. He was punctual, reliable, courteous and thorough. The pricing is excellent and the workmanship exceptional all done in a timely manner. Our area rugs have been rejuvenated to their original glorious colours--and the wall-to-wall broadloom and stairs came out great as well. Two large sofas were also cleaned which was a first for us and we're glad we had that done as well. We were amazed at how pristine all the equipment was and the pride taken in the work. Thank you for a job well done. We would not hesitate to recommend USA Carpet Care & Dye!
USA Carpet Care & Dye answered my call very promptly. They did an excellent job removing stains that I believed were permanent. I value their environmentally sensitive cleaning products. I highly recommend USA Carpet Care & Dye. They cleaned my carpets, stairs, furniture efficiently and left everything very clean. This weekend I got a red wine spill on my newly cleaned white carpet. I called Dave and they responded immediately. They arrived within minutes and completely cleaned the stain! What amazing customer service! I will definitely use them again!
Today was the best day ever! Dave and his crew arrived on time, were amazingly prepared, and did a SUPER job of cleaning Bedroom carpeting and two of my Oriental rugs. They went beyond the call of service and even reworked a few stains that were exceptionally set-in the carpeting. I would recommend them in an instant. Just fabulous!
The service I received was beyond satisfactory. I called and was immediately responded to. The care was meticulous. Once the service was completed a follow-up call was made to make sure the job was done and if there was a need to return. I would highly recommend USA Carpet Care & Dye and will not use any other carpet care company.
