Been a customer for years and never disappointed.
Friendly people and great service!
Been going there weekly for past few months... 5 dress shirts at a time. The pressing was ok, not great. Sometimes they weren’t pressed straight or left wrinkles. They stained one of my shirts and I took it back to redo it. They weren’t able to remove it, didn’t say anything when I picked it up. Now I have stained dress shirt that I will need to take to another dry cleaner to see if they can clean it up... as much as I want to support their business, the quality of work was really marginal and unspectacular. The staff wasn’t very apologetic, either.
Nearly every other time I visit Presidential, the owner himself greets me at the front counter. It shows in the nicest, small-town way, that he is a man who is involved and interested in the success of his business and the sense of accountability and community in the City. I have always been happy with the services, and it brings a smile to my face every time I am recognized without having to give them my name. A fine example of a respectable business owned and operated by dedicated people.
