Had what I needed
very helpful staff
I love the cleanliness, its organized well, and people are very nice and helpful. Signage helps, as I found what I was looking for, right away. Its a bit more pricey than larger stores, but thats ok. I was in and out in 6 minutes...time is $$
I rented a power snake (drain rooter), and when I got it on the job, it was all bound up and not useable. I had to drive 45 round trip to end up with a useable one (the only reasonable replacement available was a manual snake). The counter man suggested that I deserved more time on the rental because of this. It was a 24-hour rental. I got the job done in an hour, once I had a useful tool. I suggested that they give me a discount on other purchases, and the counter man laughed at me.
