Just recently moved to downtown Grand Rapids and discovered that Curtis cleaners has a locker drop off in our apartment building. Very easy to use. Free pick up and drop off twice a week. It is very convenient and the clothes are cleaned and pressed perfectly. Prices are reasonable as well. Glad I found them and I will continue to send my cleaning to them. Highly recommended!

We get our blankets dry cleaned here and the service is amazing always. Our blankets came back looking brand new. And the pricing is affordable. Brad was especially helpful. I didn’t even have to bring in or pick up my items. They offer pick up and delivery for your items which helps so much when you don’t have the time to drop off and pick up.

An afternoon at Lowell's Curtis CleanersnnOne walks in through the convenient bi-directional front entrance and is immediately greeted with a magnificent wall of dryers, each circular window inviting you in and tempting you with the prospect of toasty warm laundry. $20 bills in hand, one approaches the bill changer and to one's astonishment, finds a choice between receiving dollar coins or quarters for one's laundry payment needs. Suffice it to say that one could not resist availing oneself of both! And then, pockets heavy with an assortment of silver, one gazes around and sees... Four varieties of washers! 20 lb, 60 lb, and a cavernously colossal cleaner of clothes- one need only pay $15 for the privilege of loading a a mind blowing amount of laundry in one glorious washer. As if this weren't enough, above the soothing hum of a chorus of clothing cleaning contraptions, one is seranaded by the sweet symphony of the laundry worker's stories of their arrest and incarceration. What splendid entertainment! If one's own washing and drying apparatuses are again broken, one will certainly return to this rarest of jewels located just west of the heart of lovely Lowell.

Had two bad interactions with workers but the manager, Brad, was able to correct the problem right away. He was very helpful and efficient at contacting me and gave me an additional credit on my account for the hassle of the situation. I appreciate his willingness to make things right.
